Make a 3D Pen Badge

This tutorial shows how to create a badge with flowers using a low temperature 3D pen with ABS filament on a wood board

Material

  • Small piece of wood
  • 3D pen
  • Various colors of 3D filament
  • Scissors
  • Foam sheets
  • Glue
  • Badge pin

Instruction

  • Start with a small piece of wood.
  • Begin with the bottom layer in green. Move the 3D pen back and forth to draw lines on the wood.
  • Select a different color to draw each flower. Use various shapes and motions to create more flowers.
  • Use scissors to cut away any excess filament.
  • Use foam to make the colored background. Glue the foam down.
  • Cut foam into grass shapes. Then stick the 3D filament down.
  • Turn the wood over and glue a badge pin on the back.
  • Enjoy your hand-printed 3D badge!
